Moving Applications from Mobile Gear to KDE Gear

Hi Albert,
I have gone through the list of repositories and searched for their
review threads on the mailing list. I had originally gone off of what
was in our official release announcements, but I guess the definition
of passing KDEReview can sometimes be a bit foggy..
There were several applications that were listed as having passed,
where I am not sure if the comments were fully addressed, these are:
- Alligator
- AudioTube
- Kalk
- Koko (went into a long discussion about Bugzilla vs. GitLab, I'm not
sure if the app itself got through)
I will try to ping the respective maintainers about this. I also have
also updated the table:
https://invent.kde.org/teams/plasma-mobile/issues/-/issues/186
For the repositories that have passed, I have opened a draft MR for
the release (for 23.04):
https://invent.kde.org/sysadmin/release-tools/-/merge_requests/27
Thanks,
Devin
