[rekonq] French translation

Hi,

I'm trying to translate rekonq in French. I opened the 'rekonq.pot' file in 
Lokalize , translated it, and saved as 'rekonq_fr.po', but I don't know what I 
should do next. I also send this message to get help. I joined the .po file.

If my translation isn't up-to-date, can someone explain me how to update the 
file to translate the new strings ?
