[rekonq] French translation

Hello,

Scripty automatically extracts once a day the messages, generates a
new "rekonq.pot" file in [1] if something changed and merges it with
the exisiting translations. So you just have to look at the status of
the rekonq.po in the subdir of your language. For french you find this
file here: [2]
