[Owncloud] apps by OC version??

Hi Nikola,
I'm using user_saml with OC5, but I would surely go with OC6 for new
service.
If it means rewriting user_saml plugin count me in :) because I'm
planning upgrade to OC6. Also if service depends on user_saml then we
would have to take part in plugin maintainence.
