As far as I can tell, all those calls were ported during the initial fixes.
They work similarly, except for the context  and plural calls, which should
have been fixed at that time. And there were some minor translation fixes in
the KDE3 branch, but those were ported.

Of course, there can be some changes popping up along the way, but they
should be minor.

The biggest change should be on the documentation front. That's why I will
wait until that is fairly done. A couple of weeks and then I could upload
all the updated docs.
