Yeah it is. 8)

My problem is that I'm using the Mandrake cooker RPMs for KDE2 1.94 and they
can all be relocated EXCEPT kdebase. I think I'm going to try one last thing
and relocate everything (libraries, etc.) to /opt/kde2 and then try it
again.

If that doesn't work, I'm going back to XEmacs. ;)
