KDE Config file overwrite

If you start kdevelop from the command line and you accidentally put the
wrong name after kdevelop it assumes that the name you gave it is the config
file. Your file is overwritten when kdevelop closes with a 'KDE Config
File'. This could be critical depending which file is overwritten. It
looks like a simple validation needs to be done when the config file is
open.
