Don't know what to download for upgrade

Hi, I am new to the mailing list...
I have a question concerning what to download...
I have just installed Mandrake 6.1, it came with KDevelop 1.0 beta2 and I would like to upgrade it to the stable 1.0 version, but my problem is I don't know exactly what I should download from the Mirror site for the upgrade or should I basically download everything...
