KDE Libs docs not found

I cannot get kdelibs doc indexed. 
- I downloaded kdelibs-1.1.1.tar.gz from www.kde.org, and untared. 
- I started Kdevelop setup and when prompted, I pointed it to the place
where I untared kdelibs sources (it complained immediately "The chosen
path for KDE-lib does not lead to the KDE libraries" if I chose wrong
place). 
- I was prompted to choose size of index. I chose "medium" and pressed
Start (or whatever, I do not have Linux running right now). A dialog box
appeared telling me "The KDE=Documentation-Path isn't set correctly".

Please help...
