Releasing KDevelop 4.5

Hi,

so at the same time you want to introduce new (possibly buggy) features and
spend only a single week on stabilizing those? I think thats a bad idea.

And even if 4.5 is kept as is, shouldn't the beta be a bit longer than 1
week to give users that are not running from git some actual time for
feedback and us developers some actual time to fix the grave bugs? I'd say
it should be at least 2 weeks to give sufficient time for users and
distro's to package it and install/test drive along with some time to fix
any release-critical bugs.

Or you just drop the beta, put the rc out and the release a week later if
4.5 is considered release-ready. (I don't have any clue about the state of
the branch myself)
