Releasing KDevelop 4.5

Hi,
So we are releasing KDevelop 4.5 for real, here's a schedule proposal:
- 11th April: beta 1
- 19th April: RC1
- 26th April: final 4.5 release

Additionally, I think we can merge master to 4.5, it was split some months
ago already, I don't think it makes much sense to keep it like that anymore.

Thoughts?
