[Kde-pim] kde pim 1.9.7 of suse won't go online

It's a packaging mistake I made in older (unsupported) openSUSE build service 
RPMs.  Please reinstall kdelibs3*rpm, and see opensuse-kde at opensuse.org's 
archive for details.
