To reduce JuK dependencies on KDE frameworks?

Thanks for the info , I found the branch , and built it . It doesn't
seem that easy though . Right off the bat I stumbled on QTs lack of
global shortcut support . Nevertheless I'm curious to get Martins
overview of how much the actual problems are.
