branch , and built it . It doesn't seem that easy though . Right
off the bat I stumbled on QTs lack of global shortcut support .
Nevertheless I'm curious to get Martins overview of how much the

would be beneficial for the project (I'm pretty sure it

there is an ongoing effort lead by Martin Sandsmark </span><span

port JuK completely away from KDE3 support libraries to

to the Qt5-based KDE libraries. It seems to have trailed

and I've been told that it's quite a difficult task. I
CCed Martin this. He might be able to shed some more
