In turkish we dont use any plural form when it come to count.
So 0 car , 1 car , 2 car , ...
( 0 araba , 1 araba , 2 araba )
but when it come to mention plural things like there are cars : we use
arabalar (lar/ler is plural ) so we use arabalar mevcut ( not "araba
mevcut" for plural because that time single )
So as a summary if there are any counting exist we use single form.
Well *plural you* use it, kunitconversion5.po has things like
>
> msgstr[0] "%1 ark saniye"
> msgstr[1] "%1 ark dakika"
>
> So for 0 do you use "ark saniye" or "ark dakika" ?
>
> On the other hand in here it looks like there is a translation mistake
because saniye means second and dakika means minute
And "ark" doesnt exist in turkish ( also that is a mistake )
