Hello,


I understand the requirements for personnel regarding permission settings. Are there other ways I can contribute translations?


Regarding handling incorrect translations, I can forward translation issues to team members for resolution.
 Of course, I understand if you prefer not to use this approach.


My team members feel unfamiliar with the code submission process. 
They are professional translators, not programmers, and following the existing workflow to submit translation contributions is very difficult for them. 
However, they are eager to use KDE with Tibetan language support.

This is not conventional, we usually only give commit access to people that 
speak the language.

If we give you access and you commit to Tibetan, what happens when someone 
files a bug? We do not know how to tell.

Would those people not be interested in becoming KDE contributors themselves 
without a middle-man?
