We can suggest Weblate improvements for that matter if we're not happy with
how is it working today.

I'm pretty sure there's already an option to download all the files at once
and if not we should suggest that to Weblate.
Weblate is not the perfect tool but it can be better if we provide our
feedback, LibreOffice adopted Weblate and fixed many things they are not
happy with, it's a much better tool now and LO is not a small project.
