Sure, you can check the Italian Gramps project translations for example.

I would kindly invite you to recheck what I wrote above. I didn't write
weblate is not the solution. I've just wrote then, at some point, we will have
weblate but it won't be the "primary" source, just an interface over the
repository that can be handled also without weblate.
