I've expressed that same sentiment several times in this thread. That's
why I keep asking for supporters of MDI to suggest a replacement for the
old "KDE does not use MDI" policy, one that we can apply in KDE
consistently. I suggested a start of one, but got little feedback on it
yet.
"MDI should not appear in KDE without explicit user intervention to
turn it on."
Can you suggest one?
