QExtMDI is only really useful for having sub windows with decorations.  This 
has never ever been something any "real" KDE application has.  And you might 
notice how few KDE developers use KDevelop.

We should be fixing KDevelop, not using it as rationale for putting QExtMDI in 
kdelibs.
