When KDE3.2 ?

I fear you mean the actual release date of KDE 3.1 which means with the usual 
delay (not the one of KDE 3.1 Final :-) there will be no KDE 3.2 until mid or
end of February 2004? Is it only me thinking that this is very late? :-(

What is the reasoning for this? Enough time for new stuff after Nove Hrady?
