[kde-community] Changes to the anongit network

Hi all,

Just a brief posting announcing that the anongit.kde.org network now
supports https:// for cloning in addition to the protocols it
previously supported.

You can now use any of the following to obtain a copy of KDE Git repositories:
- git://anongit.kde.org/<repository>
- https://anongit.kde.org/<repository>
- http://anongit.kde.org/<repository>

Note that pushes still need to be done over SSH to git.kde.org as
usual - this has not changed.
