[kde-china] Updated Chinese(simplified) translation

Some other information might be helpful.
You can go to irc #kde-cn on freenode for discussion since maillist is
more or less low traffic. Adding talk在ikde.org as xmpp contact can
also communicate with irc if you find irc is not convenient.

And you can use Chinese on this maillist. Sorry for not mention this
in the first place, but you should learn that if you check the
maillist archive. :)
