[kde-china] Updated Chinese(simplified) translation

[Weng Xuetian]

IMHO, lokalize is specialized to fit in kde translation workflow, and
its translation storage will help you to keep the style consisten with
others.

For example, http://wstaw.org/m/2015/09/08/screenshot15.png
It can index the whole KDE translation repository and instantly find
the related string for your current string.

And once you get the account (if you plan to), the ability to sync
translation to stable branch is also another important feature.

BTW, sending the po file instead of diff would be better. lokalize has
a mode to sync translation between different po file which is also
perfect for review.
