[kde-china] Updated Chinese(simplified) translation

To commit to kde repository, you need to apply for a contributor account [1].

But you need to have some contribution first to support your
application. So the workflow for new translator is to send the po file
to maillist (here) and we will review them and commit them for you.

Before you start, you may also want to check this instruction [2] written by me.
