[kde-china] Updated Chinese(simplified) translation

Hello,


I checked out po file from stable branch of KF5-based applications, and have completed some translation such as GCompris and libmuon. What should I do to commit my changes?


I'm new to SVN and I use command "svn commit". But it tells me "Authorization failed". Please help me.
