Cover shadowing is not done by css, but rather by overlaying the image  
ontop of a shadow pixmap.

Also, we need to refactor playlistitem. It just isn't on that every  
playlist item has a pointer to a podcastbundle, and a lastfm bundle...

needs more inheritance.
