Amarok v2.8.1

I think that what's currently in git has been tested enough (with the
exception of the stuff I've just dumped it--hopefully non-invasive though)
that pushing a 2.8.1 to make Amarok functional everywhere, and then
starting in on some of the waitlisted features for 2.9 could be good. I'm
going to try and get mac stuff working in a separate branch today, and then
ask for some testing/review of the cmake changes before pushing it. If it
works for everyone on other platforms, we can think about pushing it for
2.8.1, otherwise I wouldn't mind holding off until 2.9... it's not like
there are a lot of people waiting eagerly to use Amarok on Mac.
