I am quite busy in this period but I will do some tests and see what
we can get out of already existing extensions. If we have some more
suggestions and ideas before starting this new workflow it's
definitely better. This is why I encourage the most discussion as
possible on this thread.

Let's define this better: I think that that a simple way to mange
section is needed. If just a page or a mediawiki extensions is not
really important. The thing I'm not sure to have fully understood is
the way of managing different text on the same topic. Are you saying
that different version of the same section should exist? Or different
version of the same chapter?
