[WikiToLearn] New Mailing List: PROMO

Hi all,

due to reasons similar to the creation of the Tech mailing list (see previous 
thread), I also announce the creation of the promo mailing list.

Due to the very nature of the topics discussed, the list is private, i.e. 
subscription is moderated and the archives are only accessible to the members.

This is to create a space where we're free to share and/or discuss sensitive 
matters and contacts.
