Hi Miha,
Have a look at  /branches/work/soc-umbrello/.
The port is mostly done, but there are a lot of small things to fix or 
adapt to the new QGraphics classes.
The stability is worse than in trunk. Compile it and see by yourself.

Of course help is needed. A lot of work and fun is waiting for you ;-)
