[Uml-devel] Code generators

Hi Luis,

I read, you had done a lot of work at the code generators I did the same in 
the last days. I changed some things and add the generation of a doxygen like 
documentation of classes, methods and method parameters for the C++ code. 
Please have a look at this and if you find it usable add it to the uml code.

I add also the installation of the libtool archive *.la in the KDE path. I 
hope this part will not overwritten by KDevelop.
