Is ID3v2::FrameFactory really utilized?

Hi Francois.

I agree with you about the idea of adding some comments tells that 
FrameFactory is useless in the current version. I'll do it later on.

I'm planning on suggesting an API change about FrameFactory with the 
working code. I've created a private patch that enables us to implement 
our own FrameFactory by way of trial.
Although I'm ready to post the pull request, I still have some pending 
pull requests. I'll post it and call for reviews here after the pending 
pull requests of mine are closed.
