Fail to extract cover art from mp3

Thank you for pointing out the similarity - it is indeed the same problem that you encountered regarding empty WCOM frames in ID3v2 tags.   I made the two patches that you previously mentioned to version 1.8 and this allows an ID3v2 tag having a WOAR frame with size 0 and dataLengthIndicator flag = false to be parsed.   Then I was able to extract cover art from the mp3.
