If previous taglib releases used a later library version then until the so-
number is bumped to 2 (presumably for TagLib 2.0), 1.x releases should 
maintain the custom that more recent library versions have larger release 
numbers.

I believe this version can be explicitly specified in CMakeLists.txt without 
too much trouble to accomplish this.
