Though ID3V2.3 is obsolete and ID3V2.4 has been live since 2000. Many many
utilities and portable devices still do not
read ID3V2.4 at all, even the Windows Explorer and WMP12 on Window 7 can not
do this. In my opinion, the feature of writing ID3V2.3 is essential for an
audio tag library.
