I just happen to know they are reviewing their ID3 code right now as, 
frankly, there are more compatibility issues with it. If you've got any 
constructive criticism, I suppose this would be the time.

Just try to keep it polite and constructive. They're only human and it's 
not that easy making radical changes to software that is used by tens of 
millions around the world to organise billions of MP3's.
