Bug reporting works better, though by "better" that means that it 
actually gets read, not that it gets fixed.  I've had a couple of much 
more major bugs in their implementation filed for a while, but at least 
as of recently I do have contact to one person in the iTunes group that 
I can at least point these things out to.  If one of you reports a bug 
please post the bug number here.
