Writing id3v2.3 tags

I agree.
I have been reading the id3v2.3 spec and the taglib code to see if this feesible.
I am not the best C++ coder so this may take me a while to figure out.

Is it possible to use Taglib to write id3v2.3 tags? Relatively little
understands v2.4 tags and I discovered a bit too late that Taglib
writes v2.4 by default.
