Localization of external plugin

I may have to look at this in more detail, later (I won't rule out that
it might be a problem on RKWard's end). But as a first guess, the
problem may simply be that you have the Spanish version of
rk.Teaching loaded, too, and before the English version. Menus are
matched by id, and only created once, so if the Spanish version is
created, first, the translation of the label will not take effect. Try
unchecking the Spanish version at Settings->Manage R packages and
plugins->Manage RKWard plugins.
