Localization of external plugin

Hi!
I'm trying to translate to Spanish the plugin rkTeaching (https://github.com/rkward-community/rk.Teaching)
I followed the steps indicated in https://api.kde.org/doc/rkwardplugins/i18n.html but I can not get the menu Teaching in Spanish.
May be I forgot something in the process. The po file with the translation is available in the development branch of the plugin.
