Kate plugins

[Stefan Rödiger [GMX]]

Maybe related. Kile has a nice selection of symbols for writing tex
documents. This might be useful for writing Rmds too. Same applies to
the LaTex commands. Does Kile use a similar approach (plugins) like kate?
