[rkward-devel] Plugins docbook

Hi,
 
I'd like to learn how to develop plugings but I'm not able to open the .docbook. When I click on the downling there is a message error:
 
Erreur système : -2146697210. Erreur de traitement de la ressource 
 
Do I need a special browser or application to open the .docbook ?
