if you have a recent version of RKWard up and running, you can access all the 
info from that file directly in RKWard. on the welcome page (or: help -> help 
on RKWard), scroll down to "Missing something?", there's a link to the the 
docbook content in HTML format (which come from somwhere on your hard drive, 
so this docs are available without internet connection).
