i think i'll do that in one go with adding notes on the rkwarddev package. not 
to explain each function of it, that's what its docs and examples should be 
there for, but since rk.plugin.skeleton() does a lot automatically, it's the 
easiest way to start with that and then explain the directories and files, and 
sort in all the existing text.
