Everything that is defined in internal.R is internal. Anything that I thought 
might be relevant to end-users is in public.R (but probably some are 
misplaced).

Perhaps you can keep a list of what you left out as you go.

Looks like it. But as you may have guessed, I did not really look into 
creating R documentation, myself, yet.
