Thanks. I applied that fix in SVN (no time for a new -test version right now, 
but I'll try to publish one more, tomorrow).

I second that. Any help is appreciated. Truth is that much of the installation 
cmake-code is just guesswork, and may need fixing.

Hm, you're right, the windows are pretty small. I'll try to have a look before 
the release, but if it doesn't turn out to be trivial to fix, then it likely 
won't happen before the release.

Will have to wait. Perhaps you could submit this as a feature request 
(http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?group_id=50231&atid=459010). Just so it 
won't get lost.
