It appears to have installed without problems, I am now testing it - wow, it
looks really nice - I'm thrilled, this is going to be really great :)

Oh.. one more question: Is there a better way of starting the program that typing
'rkward' in a console? (Probably more a linux question than an R question).

I also installed something called r-gnome which I found in the packet manager
- haven't tested as I don't know how to start it.
