This is not entirely correct: True, we want to move the git repo to KDE's
git infrastructure. Christoph could still merge all changes back to svn
(just like he does now); this is no issue. Hence, no problem for the release

In the long run, we indeed would like to consider just using the Kate git
repository for Kate development (maybe even with KTextEditor interfaces
included, which atm are in kdelibs). But this is not (neccessarily) related
to the move we are talking about, and can still be done when kdelibs also
moved to git.
