today's state of plasma

hi all...

the current state of plasma is that it general works with various layouting 
glitches and several applets yet to be ported. the system tray still does not 
work (reason for that is known) but the taskbar is there (it doesn't do 
multiple rows again yet though...)

so it's imho ok enough for an alpha release. it's not awesome, but at least 
not horribly horribly broken either =)
